STANDARD COSTUME HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is assumed that customers have read, understood and agreed to the listed conditions of hire on booking a costume or costumes.
YOU MUST BE 18 years OR OVER TO MAKE A BOOKING.
All costumes remain the property of YourMasquerade
The named hirer has the sole responsibility for the costume until the costume is returned to YourMasquerade
No refunds will be issued once a costume has been booked, this includes cancellation of the function, for whatever reason
YourMasquerade cannot be held responsible for any costume that does not fit..
If a costume has been booked and subsequently damaged by a third party before your hire date, we will offer a comparable replacement.
Customers should check their costume thoroughly on the day of receipt and advise the shop of any damage, marks, or items missing.
Customers wear YourMasquerade boots & shoes at their own risk and are hired as seen.
Costumes must be returned on the day specified on the hire agreement, and returned within normal shop opening times. Failure to do so will result in a 5 euro per day surcharge.
Customers must not wash costumes or tumble dry any wet item.
Customers must not attach sticky labels or badges to any part of the costume.
Customers must not pin, sew, glue or iron any costume that is hired.
Part or all of the deposit will be forfeited if;
A costume is returned beyond reasonable repair
The costume is returned needing specialised cleaning
The costume is returned with permanent damage, i.e. cigarette burns
The costume is returned with one or more items missing
Any modifications have been carried out on the costume
The costume is returned with blood (or other body fluids)
The costume is not returned to YourMasquerade for whatever reason
Goods lost in transit back to YourMasquerade are the hirer's responsibility.Type your paragraph here.
